Scripture Meditation to Inspire & Encourage You Today

Here are some uplifting scripture passages that you can pack away in your mind and heart for anytime you need to use them to help you, inspire you, and encourage you. These are great for both starting and finishing your day. These Bible verses are ammunition against the enemy of our souls (Satan)! Use them often! Satan cannot touch you when you are reciting Scripture!!!
1. Jeremiah 29:11 – “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” Let this verse reassure you that God has an awesome plan for your life, filled with hope and purpose.
2. Philippians 4:13 – “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” This living Word from GOD emphasizes the strength you can find in your faith, empowering you to face any challenge.
3. Psalm 46:1 – “God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble.” This verse will remind you that you can find safety and support in GOD during your most difficult times.
4. Isaiah 40:31 – “But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.” This scripture will encourage you to place your trust in JESUS for renewed and everlasting strength. This verse was powerful to me when I was going through my own recovery after a massive overdose in 2008.
5. Romans 15:13 – “May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.” This verse highlights the joy and peace that comes from trusting in JESUS and His Holy Spirit that He gave us that indwells us ALL the time. Never ever forget JESUS is real and the Bible is 100% true!
6. 2 Corinthians 1:3-4 – “Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles.” Allow this living passage to provide solid reassurance to you. GOD always comforts us with the power of HIS presence in our lives. You just have to believe and be aware.
7. Matthew 11:28-30 – “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” This is an invitation from JESUS to offer you solace and rest when you are feeling overwhelmed. Choose to receive HIS peace.
These passages are just a few of the promises and truths that can serve as a source of strength and encouragement to you. Let them be a reminder to you of GOD’s love and support in your life.
